Getting four kids to all look in the same direction AND smile and not have goo all over their faces or hair in their eyes is um, difficult. But no matter, they are stinking cute anyway....and very funny. And check it out I think I did it in the end...

Eliot week 1

The first week of Life: In which Eliot learns that he is a rock star with 3 adoring siblings fighting to hold and adore him and two very doting adults as well....


and also where proof is given that he has eyes and does not ALWAYS sleep...or eat...just MOSTLY

Introducing Eliot Gillespie

Born September 17th Eliot Gillespie, 7 lbs 10 ozs at the Cambridge Birth Center

Ollie wasn't sure about this baby, but took to holding him along with daddy

This is Ollie, soon to be replaced as the youngest. He is very passionate about everything, from attack hugs to screaming fits to happy dances and tantrums.He makes sure we are entertained and well cuddled, not to mention very amused...

His current favorite cuddle place, mama's very large belly.

determination...he has lots of it, he really went to town on this apple. He's not much of a sharer yet

he loves popsicles ALMOST as much as he loves hamming it up with sister

cuddling next to his brother while he plays games on the phone is a new favored pastime, Bruce doesn't seem to mind

he loves his mama, and is amazed with giraffes and zebras too. The zoo is one big amazing awesome place to him

he almost always has his shoes off, he just chucks em off asap, in the car, outside, at the grocery store...on this day, shoeless, shirtless and playing in water, he was incredibly happy

Ollie loves watermelon, he could eat half of one in one sitting, truly

Outing to the quarry and ocean and ice cream

Went up the coast a few weekends ago, to an old quarry with great views of the ocean.

Ollie strapped into the backpack (with bread in one hand and a cookie in the other, he's prepared for the hike.....)

after a dinner at the picnic tables at the visitor center it was off to ice cream at a local shop..mmmm ice cream

Mt Auburn cemetary
