Concert in our local park

Our new town holds free concerts in the park only a mile form our house, which is pretty swell. We have only been able to go to one, a bluegrass one a while back, but it was a good picnic in the park with music experience. Lily loved it most of all I believe

Ollie, sporting his cute hat and his I'm tired look....
proof I actually attend these events ;)

Bruce was pretty chill throughout. hanging with dad on the picnic blanket

looking for ships and planes (also outside the aquarium)

ice cream at castle island...mmmm

and juice boxes, a summer travel treat

gathering water

slinging her babydoll down to the water's edge
digging in the sand

moving day

We're slowly getting caught up on life around here. About 2 1/2 weeks ago we moved. So we are about that caught up on pictures ;)

the kids were big fans of the 26ish ft moving truck. which we filled to the gills and still required 4 more mini van loads. where does this stuff come from???

Bruce was an excellent helper, and anxious to find anything he could carry, pull or push onto that truck

Lily, mostly was cute
ollie watched shows and threw tantrums, ahem
union break

we're moved in and a lot of the place is unpacked. the kids love the bigger space and their new bunkbeds! woo hoo

Strawberry picking!

We belong to a CSA (Community supported Agriculture) where we get veg and a little fruit delivered to a pick local that is near to us. a few, um weeks ago, we drove out to the actual farm for some supplemental berry picking. ahhh sweet berries fresh off the vine, with the company of a friend it was delightful!

they very cleverly had little cars and trucks to occupy those not so inclined to spend hours picking
Bruce was incredibly diligent, and lily's container somehow never really managed to get that full, but she was very attentive to sitting in the patch and getting them off the vine ;)
I got to hold little baby Noah while his mom took a turn picking...ahhh

such big helpers!

having a picnic lunch under a shady tree after all that picking was delightful. Here's mama and baby enjoying it

and of course, post picking ice cream at a local stand :)

The end of t-ball

The last scenes from tee-ball, which ended...um a few weeks ago. don't think about it too much....

the adoring fans....

he got a medal, it was so cute, we'll have to post a picture of it soon. he wore it for like 3 days straight.
